On Saturday, September 17th Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville celebrated its two-year anniversary – Luau Style! A little cold snap and drizzle in September couldn’t keep our island spirits away as residents, families, and staff joined in the festivities together.
The 200 attendees feasted on island fare and danced the evening away to music by the Bill Koss Combo. A good time was had by all and it was so great to see everyone celebrating as one big family.
Looking back two years ago, Spring Mill was an empty building with just a few employees scurrying around to get ready for residents to join the community in a few weeks time. As we celebrated as a community over the weekend, it was great to see how much Spring Mill has grown since then; not just in size of staff and residents, but in heart too. Residents, family, and staff at Spring Mill create an atmosphere that is uniquely our own. I know I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

We were so impressed by everyone’s efforts, caring and propensity for FUN!!! You all ROCK!!! The food was fabulouse, the music terrific, dancing residents a hoot, and the way all staff participated with residents, families and each other was inspiring. Don’t know when I’ve gotten so many compliments on a job well done. Spring Mill has the BEST TEAM and RESIDENTS anywhere!!!!
The anniversary was a lot of fun! The food was great and the entertainment was great too!! Can’t wait for next year’s party.
This was such a fantastic party! Thanks to everyone who made it a huge success. The music was terrific, the food outstanding and the residents and staff just had a blast. What could be better?! I can’t wait until next year!
It was such a great day for our residents and their families! We are so proud to have the opportunity to serve our residents and look forward to many years to come. Thanks to the Staff for an awesome job and to all my “dancers” who kept the party lively. I think we all agree that day we enjoyed such great music, delicious food and the best of family and friends….PERFECT!
So sorry I missed this event. Heard everyone had a good time. Spring Mill is a wonderful retirement community and everything you do is top notch!
