Kristi Mackewicz is the Business Office and HR Manager. Kristi has thus far enjoyed a 28 year career in Senior Living. Kristi began her career in Skilled Nursing and has been in Personal Care since 2007, working in Human Resources as well as all aspects of the Business Office. Kristi is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College and a Pottstown Native. Kristi is a super proud mother of 2 sons who she enjoys spending time with and loves gardening and reading in her free time.

I have been a part of Spring Mill’s community for several years now, and being able to provide multi-dimensional wellness to our residents has become such a wonderful and honoring part of my life. I graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College, with my primary focus on Community Psychology and the ways to help our society be the most healing one possible. I also had a minor focus in History, particularly on the Civil Rights Era and its impact in the United States. I love to apply both interests to support our residents on an individual and larger scale; to ensure they receive the care, attention, and support that they not only pay for, but truly deserve. In my personal life, I love to spend time with my Fiancé (soon to be husband!) Mitch, my adorable cat Jin, playing video games and of course a nice cup of coffee. I am always open to talk and hear how we can work together to make Spring Mill the most enriching home possible.
